Eh, just want a quick, cheap pizza fix? We have Domino’s too! This is my top choice if you’re looking for food delivery Margaret River.

It features everything you know and love about Domino’s, like their app, sides, and consistent tasting favorites. You won’t be disappointed. And, actually, I’ve tried a few different Domino’s in Perth, when we have gone from Margaret River to Perth, and I truly believe the Domino’s in Margaret River is heaps better!

Yeah, they might be a big chain franchise but they’re still local workers and they sponsor grassroots sporting clubs and other local events. I think the owners are also really nice (well, they’ve always been nice to me). See, no guilt pizza! And, they’re one of the few places to do Margaret River food delivery.

♥️Why You Will Love Domino’s

✅Pizzas are always consistent – this is super important to me! They’re not sometimes good and sometimes bad, they’re always consistently pretty good.

✅Open from 11am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and 3pm the rest of the week, means I can order a 5pm dinner for the kids, before some of the other takeaway places have even opened!

✅I love ordering on their app, where I don’t have to talk to anyway and I can make all the changes I like, and I love how quick they deliver.

✅Reviews are up and down, but to be honest, I’ve eaten here heaps of times (probably 30 at least) and never had an issue.

Locals Tip: Be sure to check their deals online first as you’ll likely find an offer to suit your family. I often get 5 pizzas and 5 garlic breads for around $60-$70 depending on topping changes, so it’s excellent value.

Did you try some Margaret River fishing and come up empty-handed? Never fear! Margaret River has fish and chip shops! Located smack bang in the town centre of Margaret River, (and also Dunsborough, as an aside) Squid Lips is an easy go-to for all your favourite fish and chips takeaways. 

♥️Why You Will Love Squid Lips

✅Location is great, on the main street of Margaret River.

✅Parking is easy, park behind the shop, in the carpark that services Settlers Tavern and IGA, then walk through the doors from the back.

✅Open every day from midday until 7.30pm, so if you need lunch or dinner in between hours (surely we’re not the only people who eat dinner at 5pm??) Squid Lips is perfect!

😔Why You May Not Love Squid Lips

✅We have specific preferences when it comes to fish and chips, given that we often catch fresh fish in the Margaret River area. While I would like to express enthusiasm about Squid Lips, it falls somewhere in the middle for us—it’s decent, but not exceptional.

✅We have been there a few times and in my personal opinion, the chips can taste like the oil is not as fresh as expected.

✅This isn’t the fault of Squid Lips, but seafood is darned expensive these days, making a meal for a family of 7 like ours, out of reach. If you still want to eat here, but need to make your dollar stretch, consider getting the whiting to share, (as a serve of whiting comes in 3-4 pieces), and then buying a loaf of bread from IGA and making chip sandwiches. By doing this, fish and chips for our family only cost $80 last time we got it, rather than $130+.

Locals Tip: Don’t buy the sauce on the counter. It’s really expensive! IGA is just next door practically, so go in there and grab a small bottle of tomato sauce to save some cash.

Oh boy! I really love Hooked Up Fish And Chips. Firstly, because they make awesome food, and secondly, because the community is at the heart and soul of what they do. Here, local produce is cooked to perfection and offered to the community at the pumping Surfers Point.

It’s a bit hard to pick favorites from this menu so I am just going to let you know what they do exceptionally well every time. Battered WA Spanish Mackeral, Fish Tacos, and Cajun Calamari are our go-to’s. There are vegetarian options and kid meals as well.

♥️Why You Will Love Hooked Up Fish And Chips

✅Hooked Up Fish And Chips don’t have a massive menu, and it’s meant that they’ve gotten really good at what they do! So, for a fish and chip shop, their fish and chips don’t disappoint!

✅If you like tacos they have tacos on the menu, and if you’re vegetarian or vegan, they have you covered as well. Gluten-free? Everything at this place is gluten-free, so no need to sweat.

✅The view over the ocean is one of the most iconic ones you’ll find of Margaret River! What a perfect way to end a busy day sightseeing.

✅Their rules are that you must order and collect in person, so if you like to phone ahead and collect, these guys aren’t for you.

✅If you’re staying in the town of Margaret River, and you want to eat your take-away fish and chips at your accommodation, it’s could potentially be a bit cold and soggy by the time you get it home.

Locals Tip: If you already have a sunset at Surfers Point on your to-do list when visiting Margaret River (and you should really!) consider adding Hooked Up Fish And Chips to the list as well (if they’re opening hours line up with the sunset you’ll be there).
